How to join
Three steps, in this order. The whole thing takes about as long as the download does.
Get the client
Everything you need is in the archive: the game and the client changes.
Unpack it anywhere and run Wow.exe. Nothing to configure,
nothing to install — and do not use your own copy of the game, it
will not work properly.
Create an account
One account, twenty characters on Absolom. Use the same name and password at the game's login screen — there is nothing else to activate.
Log in and play
The archive already points at this realm, so there is no realmlist to
edit. Start Wow.exe, sign in with the account you just made,
and roll a character.
What this realm is
- Rates
- Blizzlike, 1× across the board. No shortcuts, no donation shop, nothing for sale.
- Characters
- Twenty per account instead of ten, because the point of this realm is your alts.
- Your alts play too
- Characters you are not logged into can be summoned into your party and played alongside you. They keep their own gear, talents and spellbook.
- Client
- Patched 3.3.5a with upgraded models and textures, in French or English — take whichever you prefer, they play on the same realm.
